Kogi APC Presidential Primary: Ododo, Bello Vote, Rally Support For Tinubu’s Leadership

Ahmed Usman Ododo, the governor of Kogi State, on Saturday took part in the All Progressives Congress presidential primary election at his Uporogo/Odenku Ward in Okene Local Government Area of Kogi State.

Speaking after voting, Governor Ododo praised party officials for ensuring the exercise was conducted peacefully and in an orderly manner across the ward.

Ododo expressed confidence in the leadership of Bola Ahmed Tinubu, saying the administration’s policies and programmes would deliver greater prosperity to Kogi State and the country at large.

In the same vein, former Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, also participated in the primary election, during which President Bola Ahmed Tinubu emerged as the party’s preferred candidate in his ward.

Speaking after casting his vote, Yahaya Bello commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his leadership style and ongoing reforms, saying the administration is building a strong foundation for economic growth, stability and national unity.

He called on APC members and supporters to stay united and remain committed to the President’s vision ahead of the next general elections.
