All Nigerian service Chiefs have been fired by President Bola Tinubu.

PRESIDENT TINUBU RETIRES ALL SERVICE CHIEFS, ADVISERS, AND COMPTROLLER GENERAL OF CUSTOMS, APPOINTS NEW ONES

The immediate retirement from the service of all Service Chiefs, the Inspector-General of Police, Advisers, and Comptroller-General of Customs, as well as the appointment of their replacements, has been approved by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.

The newly appointed Officers are:

It should be noted that, in accordance with the Federal Republic of Nigeria’s Constitution, the appointed Service Chiefs, Inspector-General of Police, and Comptroller General of Customs are to act in their roles while awaiting confirmation.
