All Nigerian service Chiefs have been fired by President Bola Tinubu.

PRESIDENT TINUBU RETIRES ALL SERVICE CHIEFS, ADVISERS, AND COMPTROLLER GENERAL OF CUSTOMS, APPOINTS NEW ONES

All Nigerian service Chiefs have been fired by President Bola Tinubu

The immediate retirement from the service of all Service Chiefs, the Inspector-General of Police, Advisers, and Comptroller-General of Customs, as well as the appointment of their replacements, has been approved by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.

The newly appointed Officers are:

4 Rear Admirral E. A Ogalla Chief of Naval Staff

6 DIG Kayode Egbetokun Acting Inspector-General of Police
7 Maj. Gen. EPA Undiandeye Chief of Defense Intelligence

Mr. President has also approved the following appointments:

Similarly, the President has approved the appointments of other Military Officers in the Presidential Villa as follows:

Additionally, Mr. President has given his approval for the appointments of two (2) more Special Advisers and two (2) Senior Assistants. These individuals are:

Finally, Adeniyi Bashir Adewale has been appointed as the Acting Comptroller General of Customs with the President’s approval. It should be noted that, in accordance with the Federal Republic of Nigeria’s Constitution, the appointed Service Chiefs, Inspector-General of Police, and Comptroller General of Customs are to act in their roles while awaiting confirmation.
